Late by more than 10 mins will incur a $25.00 fee. Appointment will automatically be cancelled if service provider has not heard from client
15 mins after service time and will be treated as a no show.
Appointment no shows will result in loss of deposit. Appointment date or time change within 5 calendar days of initial appointment will result in loss of deposit. Last minute cancellations on day of appointment will result in loss of deposit. No exceptions due to high demand.
