Our Policy
We are open! Feel free to book a service or training course with non refundable deposit. Deposit link will be sent after appointment is booked. All payments are final and are non refundable.
Late by more than 15 mins will result in appointment cancelation. Appointment will automatically be cancelled if service provider has not heard from client
15 mins after service time and will be treated as a no show. Appoitments canceled within 3 calender days of appointment will forfeit deposit.
Appointment no shows will result in loss of deposit and client will be held responsible for previous appointment fee in the event they rebook. Last minute cancellations on day of appointment will result in loss of deposit. No exceptions due to high demand. All deposits, gift cards and payments towards services at Facial Xpressions are non refundable and non transferable.
